Mandatory Service for All Projects
Production Commission is mandatory for any project. The commission is charged on every PO value and is additional to all other costs.
Production Commission: 10% – 17% of each PO value
Guideline by risk/complexity:
• 10% – 12%: Repeat products / stable supply
• 12% – 15%: Medium complexity / moderate QC requirements
• 15% – 17%: High complexity / high QC / high-risk projects
